I just love the cable companies, especially the company here.  I give him instructions on how I want the install to look so that it doesn't look like SH!T, and what does he do, ignores me!  MTF, I'm calling their office tomorrow to lodge a complaint.  The best part, he ignores my wife who has the same instructions to give him, in person.  The whole idea was keep the exterior of my house from looking like a cluster f*!k of wires, and that was just too complicated for him.  I fixed it some what, but I shouldn't have needed to is the issue.  The cable internet service is the only one available to my house, else I would have stuck with Qwest and DSL.  Their speeds are lack luster and Use Agreement is horrible, limited to 20gigs download a month (please!!! I can do that in my sleep).  To put that number in prospective, I downloaded around 20gigs per month from just one site, that doesn't even include activity on sites such as Xbox Live, Zune marketplace, iTunes, or any other sources.  I'm only locked in for 3 months, perhaps after that 3 are up Qwest will have realised they missed something and finally acted, but until then.

Meanwhile, I have managed to go for 2 weeks now without internet service to my home, mainly because when we moved out sat service, we finally received the DVR box we had been asking for.  Of course I'm stuck in yet another contract with Dish, but as long as the picture is still good.
